In 1795 Daniel Lipmann acquires what was then the Administration Building of the Metternichs and turns it into an inn.

Eight generations later, the property is still in the family. Over time, the inn for the locals evolves into Hotel 'Haus Lipmann' - today a choice venue on the Moselle.
